Jiangsu Yueyuan Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. is a limited company funded by Shanghai Belline Enterprise Group. The company was established in 2009, covering an area of 143 mu, with a construction area of 63,000 square meters and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the production and sales of differentiated fibers.
The company has 8 domestically advanced Nylon-6 spinning production lines and 26 texturing production lines, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons. Attaching great importance to management and innovation, it obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certifications in 2014. During 2015–2017, the company achieved 17 scientific and technological achievements, including 1 invention patent, 12 utility model patents, 8 sci-tech novelty search reports, 7 product inspection reports, 7 new products of Jiangsu Province, 2 high-tech products of Jiangsu Province, 1 Jiangsu Famous Brand and 1 Suqian Famous Brand. The company focuses on the structural adjustment of Nylon-6 products and takes product differentiation as its development direction. Its product range covers all specifications of spandex-nylon air-covered yarn (ACY for short), including not only conventional varieties, but also the latest types and high-value-added products. Air-covered yarn is a premium elastic fiber featuring good elasticity, fine fineness, high strength, low density, excellent dyeability, durability, wear resistance and rub fastness. It can be used for a long time and is widely applied in socks, sweaters, sportswear, underwear and garment fabrics, significantly improving the wearing performance and added value of the end products. All products made with air-covered yarn are soft, elastic and comfortable to wear.
